- I rode Lucky all winter in Arizona - roped a lot of steers on him and was amazed at how he learned and advanced in his training from day to day. He stayed outstanding in the box, would run to a steer effortlessly and rate when he got to the spot where he was supposed to rate. I also worked him on the barrels and was very impressed with how he could rate and gather himself. It amazed me how he could reach up under himself with his inside hind leg, bend and keep forward motion as he loped around a barrel. - Bill Myers
