PHOENIX, AZ—JANUARY 10, 2022—Pretty Lethal Eagle, a stakes-placed daughter of leading second-crop sire of winners ONE FABULOUS EAGLE qualified for the $30,000-added Turf Paradise Maiden Stake (not black type) on January 6th at Turf Paradise.

The 10 fastest qualifiers, from three trials contested over 330 yards today, will return to Turf Paradise on Thursday, January 27th to vie for the winner's share of a $30,000-added purse.

Racing for owner Joseph Belloc and trained by Jesus Olivas-Valenzuela, Pretty Lethal Eagle posted the fourth fastest time of :16.839 seconds, a 104 speed index into a 5 mph crosswind. Jockey Emilio Tapia had the riding call aboard the brown filly in the last of three trials.

Veronica Gail Kawananakoa bred Pretty Lethal Eagle in California from the First Down Dash mare Pretty Lethal. Pretty Lethal Eagle was third in the Arizona Downs Futurity last year and has earned $5,319.
