Leading second-crop sire One Fabulous Eagle had additional stakes horses and qualifiers September 15 thru 18.

WAYNE, OK—SEPTEMBER 20, 2021—Royal Vista Ranches' ONE FABULOUS EAGLE had additional stakes horses and qualifiers last week at Arizona Downs in Prescott Valley, Arizona; Arapahoe Park in Aurora, Colorado; and Will Rogers Downs in Claremore, Oklahoma.


Pretty Lethal Eagle, a California-bred daughter of leading second-crop sire ONE FABULOUS EAGLE, finished third in the $36,385 Arizona Downs Quarter Horse Futurity on September 15th. Pretty Lethal Eagle earned $3,639 for her effort.

Trainer Jesus Olivas-Valenzuela named Joseph Belloc, Jr. to ride the Pretty Lethal Eagle for owner Joseph Belloc. Veronica Kawananakoa bred Pretty Lethal Eagle from the First Down Dash mare Pretty Lethal.


One Coldhearted Diva finished neck off Jess Over Younder in the $24,684 Q Racing Video Indiana Distaff Challenge on Monday, Sept. 20 at Indiana Grand Race Track and Casino.

The daughter of leading second-crop sire of winners ONE FABULOUS EAGLE races for owner-breeder Bennett Racing Stables LLC and is trained by Jessica Vazquez. The 3-year-old filly is out of the Chilled Corona mare Whata Chilled Cat. She picked up $3,936 to bring her earnings total to $66,777.

One Cold Hearted Diva was second in the $138,400 Jaguar Rocket Futurity at Indiana Grand last year.


Kali K was a neck winner in the second trial September 15th for the $75,000-est. Mile High Futurity at Arapahoe Park to get the second fastest time of :20.135 seconds, a 90 speed index with a 6 mph tailwind.

Trainer Alexander Orozco named Jose Lopez to ride the daughter of leading second-crop sire ONE FABULOUS EAGLE. Luis Marquez paid $3,500 in the Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale for the brown filly. Darling Farms bred Kali K from the No Secrets Here mare A Secret Episode. She is undefeated in three starts at Arapahoe and has earned $14,760.

Will Rogers Downs hosted trials for the $30,000-added Pot O Gold Futurity(G1) for 2-year-old Paint and Appaloosas on Saturday. Finals to the futurity will run back at Will Rogers Downs on Saturday, October 2nd.

Under jockey Daniel Torres, Fabulous Turnpike ran third in the fastest trial to get the third-fastest qualifying time of :17.777 seconds, a 92 speed index into a 5 mph crosswind, for the 350 yards. The 2-year-old ONE FABULOUS EAGLE APHA gelding was bumped on both sides at the break but still finished strong to qualify for the final.

Trainer Dee Keener conditions the Oklahoma homebred for the Estate of Nolan Pevehouse. Bred from the Pyc Paint Your Wagon mare Paint Me Turnpike (PT), Fabulous Turnpike has compiled a (6) 2-1-1 record and banked $44,042 this year. He won the Speedhorse Paint Futurity in list last start at Fair Meadows on July 24th.
