Multiple stakes sire Dominyun sired two finalist to the John Deere Prairie Meadows Juvenile Challenge.

ALTOONA, IA—JULY 25, 2020—Multiple stakes sire DOMINYUN sire two qualifiers from on three trials Saturday night to the John Deere Prairie Meadows Juvenile Challenge.

The 10 fastest qualifiers, from the three trial races, will return to Prairie Meadows on Friday, August 15th to vie for the winners' share of a $30,000-added purse.  Also at stake is a starting spot in the Grade 2 $125,000-est. John Deere Juvenile Challenge Championship October 24th on Bank of America Challenge Championship Night at The Downs in Albuquerque.

Sam Brookover's Providenz posted the 8th fastest time for trainer Charlton Hunt.  The DOMINYUN gelding has compiled a (5) 1-2-0 record this season and banked $12,108. Bred in Oklahoma by Bobby D. Cox, he is out of the First Down Dash mare First To Celebrate.  He broke his maiden at Prairie Meadows on June 29th. Providenz is a $17,500 Heritage Place Mixed Sale graduate.

Another Bobby D. Cox Oklahoma-bred, Synergized, ended the night with the final qualifying spot for owners Denis and Julie Schoenhofer. Stacy Charette-Hill trains the DOMINYUN colt out of Its Corona Thirty by Tres Seis. Jorge Torres rode the sorrel colt who wasw making only his second career start. Synergized brought $26,00 is the 2019 Heritage Place September Yearling Sale.
