Grade 1 Placed Jettz Qualifies To $100,000 Rainbow Juvenile Invitational

Jettz show qualifying for the Grade 1 $1-million Ruidoso Futurity at Ruidoso Downs.

RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—JULY 6, 2020—Jettz, a Grade 1-placed son of leading first-crop sire ONE FABULOUS EAGLE, finished with the 10th fastest time from 140 two-year-olds who participated in day 2 of the $1-million Rainbow Futurity trials on Saturday (July 4).

His clocking of :19.952 seconds, a 91 speed index for the 400 yards, qualified him to participate in the $100,000 Rainbow Juvenile Invitational on Sunday, July 19th at Ruidoso Downs.

The Oklahoma homebred, racing for owner-breeder Bobby D. Cox, has compiled a (5) 1-1-2 record this season and banked $170,000. In his previous start he was a close third in the $1-million Ruidoso Futurity(G1) to Cyber Monday and Misscandymountain on June 7th.  He was also a finalist in the $891,900 Remington Park Oklahoma-Bred Futurity(RG1) at Remington Park April 18.
