Instygator Qualifies For $826,250 Grade1 Heritage Place Futurity, Df Fabulous Jet To Juvenile

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—MAY 9, 2020—Instygator, a son of multiple stakes sire IVORY JAMES, annihilated the field in the third trial on Saturday for the $826,250 Heritage Place Futurity(G1).

Under champion jockey James Flores Instygator completed the 350 yards in :17.670 seconds to secure the second fastest qualifying time on night two of the Heritage Place Futurity trials.

Trainer Jacobo Mejia saddled the brown gelding to his second straight win, in as many starts, for owner Jose E. Guzman.  Bobby D. Cox bred the $25,000 Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale graduate in Texas from the Mr Eye Opener mare Eye Popping.

Df Fabulous Jet Qualifies For Heritage Place Juvenile

In addition leading first-crop sire ONE FABULOUS EAGLE, sired Df Fabulous Jet who qualified on Friday night for the $100,000-Guaranteed Heritage Place Juvenile Invitational. A homebred racing for Darling Farms, Df Fabulous Jet is out of the First Down Dash mare Coco Corona. Casey Black trains with Agustin Silva riding.
