Unwritten Law Qualifies For $50,000 Indiana Grand QHRAI Derby

SHELBYVILLE, IN—JUNE 22, 2019—Indiana Grand hosted three trials on Saturday for the Indiana Grand QHRAI Derby. Unwritten Law, a 3-year-old son of DOMINYUN, won the first trial for owner-trainer Ricardo Martinez. Unwritten Law fought hard throughout to score his victory by a neck in :20.197 to rank fifth on the final list.

Vaughn and Jill Cook bred the lightly raced gelding in Oklahoma from the Rare Form mare Rare Encore. He has compiled a (5) 2-1-0 record and banked $12,810.

The $50,000 Indiana Grand QHRAI final is set on the second all-Quarter Horse racing night of 2019, Saturday, July  6th.
