Dominyun's Jeaniologi Qualifies On Night One Of Remington Park Futurity Trials

Jeaniologi, a daughter of Dominyun, qualified for the $924,500 Remington Park Oklahoma-Bred Futurity(RG2) Friday night at Remington Park.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—APRL 5, 2018—Jeaniologi, a daughter of multiple stake sire DOMINYUN posted the third fastest time on the first night of trials to the $924,500 Remington Park Oklahoma-Bred Futurity(RG2).

Racing for owner Bella Vista Farms, Jeaniologi finished second in the fastest trial while clocking a :15.559 to post the third fastest time. Eleven trials featured 94 Oklahoma-Bred 2-year-olds on the first of two nights of qualifying at Remington Park.

A strong north wind howled throughout the 11 trials, ranging in strength from 21-24mph, providing a tailwind push for all competitors.

Trainer Eddie Less Willis conditions the filly out of the stakes winning Corona Cartel mare All N The Jeans. Bobby D. Cox is the breeder of the filly who will face a full field of 10 in the Remington Park Futurity final on April 21.

Memories R Golden, undefeated through two starts this season at Remington Park set the fastest time. A 2-year-old filly by Fantastic Corona Jr from the Grade 1 winning First Down Dash mare Tiny First Down, she was bred in Oklahoma by Thomas Bradbury and Vaughn Cook.

The second night of Remington Park Futurity trials are on Saturday, April 7, with the final 11 races on the 12-race program set to establish the five qualifiers that will join the five from Friday night. The first race Saturday is at 6pm.
